This position reports to the Office Manager. 
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 
* 
Assist with managing daily schedules for multiple people within organization.
* Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and setting up conference rooms, securing proper equipment, arranging for video conferencing, sending reminders and arranging catering.
* Assist in preparing a variety of documents, letters and emails in draft and final form utilizing software programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. 
* Provide assistance with proofreading and editing documents prior to distribution.
* Mail distribution, electronic filing and scan documents as required.
* Use intranet to gather information to support initiatives. Prepare Branded reports using specialized program.
* Perform other duties as required.
