Title: Database Developer
Location: US-CO-Centennial (Englewood)
McGraw-Hill Financial, Xpressfeed Development Team is seeking an experienced and motivated Database Developer to join our enthusiastic team. This team provides superior financial data solutions though various products to leading investment and research firms worldwide.

This position will be responsible for database and code design, writing code and unit tests, as well as testing and support of new and existing applications. Development activities include work in Java, Pro C, C , Perl, PL/SQL and T-SQL. This role requires heavy hands-on software development. Our Centennial, Colorado office houses a number of development teams who use a wide variety of technologies, providing many opportunities for learning new technical skills and acquiring a thorough knowledge of our business.

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and/or relevant experience
* 3 years programming experience as a Database developer
* Relational database skills in Oracle and/or SQL Server
* Driven to learn new development skills
* Able to work well individually and with a team
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong work ethic, self-starter, and results oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience writing unit and integration tests.
* Knowledge of Unix and Windows development environments
* Experience deploying in Weblogic environments
* Experience in the financial or investment industry
