For each new or expanded consulting offering, work with the business development organization and the marketing group to create sales collateral to support the initiative including, but not limited to, tear sheets, slides, articles, white papers and case studies. \n\nClient Service (10%)\n\nWith respect to all managed accounts, as specified from time to time by the Head RS Solutions & Services APAC, work closely with the business development and Solutions & Services team to ensure that we achieve a 95% or higher renewal rate on all products and the highest possible level of overall customer satisfaction.
