Skills and Abilities The AE must have 3 years demonstrated sales experience, negotiation skills, leadership skills and a proven ability to meet sales quotas in new and existing accounts. Hunter mentality essential. Will prospect for new business and upsells in a geographic/vertical assignment. Ability to manage a book of business and develop sales opportunities within energy, financial, industrial, governmental and other organizations. Experience negotiating contracts and resolving contractual discrepancies. Strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills, including Microsoft office (Excel and Word). Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Compensation AE is a salaried and commissioned position that includes a bonus for meeting goals. Base salary is based on experience.
