J.D. Power and Associates is cuurently looking for a Retail Manager who will be based in the Munich office in Germany.
Key Goals of this Position:
* Effective execution of consulting projects tasks/modules
* Effective analysis of voice of the customer based studies
* Support for the development of proposals, client specific point of view's and white papers
Key Responsibitilities:
* Execute projects in consulting department, including quality information systems, product/service development process assessments and customer sales/after sales experience improvement
* Manage transformation of data (JDPA and other sources) into actionable recommendations for clients
* Provide improvement recommendations, rationale and motivation for product and process improvement at client sites
* Become a trusted "semi-internal" change agent for clients
* Stay abreast of industry issues (in Europe, North America and China) and developments specifically as they relate to client issues in order to make appropriate recommendations for projects and proposals
* Support the development of proposals, client specific point of view's and white papers
* Support the development of new J.D. Power and Associates business solutions
* Support Firm Contribution
* Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business administration, masters degree or equivalent required.
* Related experience, preferably covering one of the following areas: management consulting, automotive (quality and/or sales/after sales),
* Fluent in German and English (strong oral and written communication skills in both languages)
* Strong interpersonal skills, organizational and presentation skills, including ability to multi-task
* Team orientation, but independent proactive thinker who works well without constant supervision
* Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Word and at least one statistical project
