Essential Accountabilities:

Editorial Management:
* Identify, test, and manage a freelance team of medically trained professionals who will be developing content for a clinical decision support resource.
* Train all members of the freelance medical team to write high-quality, authoritative questions and select best answers for the resource.
* Provide guidance and feedback on approach to medical issues as they arise during content development.
* Provide assistance in shaping and determining the strategy for the site.
* Collaborate with physician review team and expert advisory board to build content and functionality.
Content Development:
* Write questions, select answers for CDS product. Ensure content addresses all of the questions that a clinician searching on that topic might have.
* Review submissions for completeness, format, and accuracy.
* Possess an understanding of clinical issues and an ability to evaluate the literature.
* Review body of content for clarity, completeness, and relevance to medical practice.
Collaboration:
* Work seamlessly with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including editors, authors, production, sales, technology, and marketing.
Time Management:
* Prioritize and balance multiple projects, managing and meeting competing deadlines.
Drive for Results:
* Focus on bringing product to market with speed, accuracy, and ingenuity.


* 
One of the following degrees is required:
- Doctor’s Degree in Nursing Practice
- Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
- Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Health Science
- Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Medical Science
* 
Editorial experience highly desired.

Experience with medical content is highly preferred.

Creating all print, direct mail comps as tight InDesign files

Demonstrating passion and being comfortable when making internal agency and client presentations of your work

Executing or overseeing production to ensure that final assets are built to graphic standards, then sharing and getting approval on those assets from your supervisor

Duration:
This assignment is expected to last from June 1 through August 24 (13 weeks).
