We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our Sovereign &amp; International Public Finance Ratings group at the Associate or Associate Director level to be based in our&lt;?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /&gt;Moscowoffice. The individual’s role will include analysis of local and regional governments (LRGs) and government related entities (GREs) in the CIS region. 
The team works on ratings across the CIS region, and depending on the language skills that the candidate has to offer there may be opportunities to work on credits across the EMEA region. The job also entails working with the Infrastructure, Corporates, and Financial institutions ratings groups within Standard &amp; Poor's providing an interesting mix and opportunities to obtain different skills.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to undertake rigorous analytical work and will be proficient at doing research and writing well structured analytical reports. Experience in local and regional governments finance, public policies and how politics affects the workings and funding of the LRGs sector is required.

The successful candidate must be able to co-ordinate work across a number of teams within S&amp;P and must be comfortable in an environment which stimulates continuous improvement and innovation and the highest customer service standards, whilst adhering to established ratings criteria, methodology, policies and procedures. The individual will be able to demonstrate analytical excellence and good presentation skills in front of internal and external audiences, and maintain and enhance the quality and timeliness of our analysis. An ability to quickly absorb, analyze, and act upon information is required. Moreover, you must be comfortable working at board level and representing Standard &amp; Poor's in a highly professional manner, as well as interacting with advisors on potential new ratings proposals. You will be required to undertake site visits, to extract and assess information relating to credit quality, and to explain our credit rating opinions both internally and externally. Strong presentation and organizational skills are also required to present detailed information and reasoned opinions to our credit rating committees.

Due to the nature of the role, strong written and oral communication skills in English and Russian are essential. Knowledge of other languages is a definite plus and will open up more opportunities for growth within the company.

Core Responsibilities and Job Functions
* Take responsibility for public finance ratings as a primary analyst with help and supervision of senior analysts.
* Perform credit analysis by demonstrating the ability to understand and identify key factors that affect an issuer's credit rating.
* Analyze original, non-routine complex business problems in a timely, orderly and insightful manner.
* Be flexible in terms of deadlines and work undertaken.
* Develop and maintain an understanding of public finance trends and issues.
* Participate in the development of new, and revisions to existing, criteria for public policy oriented enterprises.
* Contribute and initiate publishing of public finance report cards, issuers’ and market focused commentaries, bulletins etc. and undertake speaking engagements occasionally if required.
* In undertaking analysis to work closely with staff from other teams, such as Infrastructure, Financial institutions, Structured Finance, Sovereign and our legal department, to ensure a co-ordinated approach to clients.
* Act as backup analyst as required by team leader, attending meetings in support of colleagues, providing cover for colleagues who are temporarily unavailable due to holidays or business travel.
* Actively participate in rating committees on LRGs and GREs entities across EMEA.
* Present findings and opinions to a credit rating committee.
* Perform periodic portfolio reviews in conjunction with the rest of the team.
* Participate actively as a member of CIS public finance team in sector related publishing and outreach activities, including seminars, investors’ briefings, medias interviews, conferences.
* Share specific analytical expertise, any useful know how, and ideas to improve group operations.
* Maintain integrity of analytical or compliance related databases as appropriate.
* Prior experience relating to the public sector or public policy. This might include experience with central government, local government, university, bank, or accountancy/consulting firm providing services to firms to the LRG sector.&lt;?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /&gt;
* 4-to-5 years degree level in public finance, public sector management/policy, economics or other relevant practice area. A relevant Masters degree, CFA, or accounting qualification would be desirable.
* A strong interest in public finance and public policy.
* Fluent in English and Russian, other languages would be an advantage.
* Willing to travel across CIS and&lt;?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /&gt;Europe.
* Strong analytical skills, and capacity to analyze legal documentation. 
* Numerate, accurate, and detail orientated, with the ability to maintain accuracy whilst complying with tight deadlines.

The Product Support Specialist Specialist is responsible for partnering with Sales and Client Development Managers to provide the best possible customer experience to support new customer business, existing customer retention and existing customer growth through on-site support, training, and integration of McGraw-Hill services within customer workflows. The goal is to facilitate excellent customer service as a value differentiator.

We currently have a requirement for a Product Support Specialist. This position, to be based in Moscow, serves and supports revenue growth and customer retention in the Russian region, specifically in the area of product utilization, ensuring that the client receives maximum value and benefit. The position is also responsible for serving as a knowledgeable resource to other business associates and customer in the areas of industry, best practices, and product usage.

Responsibilities 
* Support customers and Sales in both pre-sale and post-sale activities in the effort to increase revenue and maximize retention. Activities include but are not limited to: Business Analysis / Training Implementation and Delivery / Training Documentation Development / Adoption Analysis and Solution Recommendation &amp; Implementation / Problem-Solving / On-going support as these activities relate to the use of all related products.
* Act as the leader and primary liaison between business unit and Customer base with issues relating to product &amp; technology in the areas of: (1) Hardware / Software Configuration, (2) Product Installation, (3) Data Definition, Mapping &amp; Integration. 
* Provide active Customer training via on-site visits, WebEx, phone or email to incorporate McGraw-Hill services into their workflow and drive Customer satisfaction and retention.
* Action top tier escalations for all supported products and services. Provide follow-up as appropriate.
* Monitor, collect and report knowledge collected from customer interactions, together with an integrated knowledge of internal systems and cross-departmental operations. Add into CRM for future reference.
* Preparation for customer visits to include company research, training documents, liaise with Sales teams for any problems that may be encountered, etc.
* Assist in creating and maintaining a proactive and positive environment with Customer Care, Sales, Marketing and other departments that impact Customers.

* Collect, report and act on Voice of the Customer feedback acquired from Customer interactions. Recommend process improvements based on feedback.
* Act as Subject-Matter-Expert in agreed upon area within Product Specialist team and Sales in one of the four areas but not limited to: (1) Management, (2) Customer Needs, (3) Technology, and (4) Training.
* Manage and deliver special projects assigned by leadership for the benefit of the Customer Support teams.
* Provide proactive and reactive support to customers through all possible interaction methods. These include telephone, e-mail, fax, internet and standard mail.
