Title: Programmer Analyst
Location: US-CA-Westlake Village
We are currently seeking a Programmer Analyst in our Sampling department, in Westlake Village, CA.
Responsibilities:
The Sample Operations organization within the Global Research Operations support group is looking for an experienced Programmer Analyst. This key position will be responsible for supporting existing internal business applications while implementing new internal business solutions as requested by internal clients or Data Acquisitions Organization. This position will also collaborate with other technical and/or business personnel on the maintenance and content updates of our internal Sampling and collections tools. Candidates will need significant experience with coding in multiple languages to facilitate the diverse needs of the various business units across JDPA while supporting many proprietary solutions and user interfaces. As a team member, he/she will help identify tools, processes, and methodologies that will assist the company with the implementation of quality internal business solutions.
Responsibilities:
· Engineer and maintain internal applications to facilitate the needs of our internal clients.
· Contribute to User Interface development to support the business.
· Collaborate with other team members, support group and departmental development activities.
· Ensure all product documents (design, process diagrams, operational run-books, recovery manuals, etc.) are completed. Conduct reviews and walk-throughs for deliverables.
· Enforce Change Management process standards and procedures. Utilize source control practices.
Required:
* Bachelor's Degree in related field
* 4 years programming and database experience
* 2 years ETL experience
* .NET programming a plus
